July 2017—Enzo Life Sciences unveiled its Multiview Plus (mouse-HRP/rabbit-AP) IHC Kit (brown/green). This nonbiotin nanopolymer detection system contains reagents and materials that detect and localize antigens in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. The kit optimizes the IHC process by including the entire workflow, from antigen retrieval to visualization.
The Multiview Plus system can detect multiple antigens on a single tissue sample while eliminating the traditional two-step method using biotin/avidin conjugates. The company’s high sensitivity, low background reagents are made using a proprietary labeling technology and consist of nanopolymers conjugated to horseradish peroxidase and alkaline phosphatase.
Included in the kit are Multiview Plus HRP (Anti-Mouse) Reagent and Multiview Plus AP (Anti-Rabbit) Reagent, which have been developed by labeling anti-mouse and anti-rabbit immunoglobulins. The kit also includes the company’s HighDef Chromogens, which deliver sharp, crisp images with high specificity.
