IncellDx has reached an agreement with Kindstar Global to offer its proprietary laboratory test for the detection of oncogenic HPV E6, E7 mRNA in China. Kindstar is a large esoteric diagnostic testing business.

Based on IncellDx’s molecular diagnostic technology for quantifying specific biomarkers associated with an increased risk of progression to cervical cancer, the test will broaden Kindstar’s offerings to physicians and hospitals managing diseases associated with women’s health.

The test measures the potential oncogenic activity of the human papillomavirus in infected cervical cells and detects and quantifies the expression of viral oncogenes responsible for triggering progression to cervical cancer, resulting in high specificity.
