November 2014—BloodCenter of Wisconsin’s diagnostic laboratories announced the availability of its erythroid chimerism test to monitor erythroid lineage chimerism in patients with sickle cell disease following allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. The test allows physicians to directly gauge the success of the transplant in patients and provides physicians with actionable information to guide patient care.
