October 2016—Telcor’s QML eLearning interface performs tasks vital to managing point-of-care-testing operators while storing recertification data, such as competency and samples performed together in the company’s QML software for CAP/CMS/JCAHO inspections.
The interface, which connects to learning management and human resource information systems, can automatically add new operators and inactivate existing operators, as well as update operator demographics, such as name and location changes.
It can also automatically certify operators based on samples performed and completed with competencies so appropriate staff need only review exceptions in Telcor’s CertificationQ offering. And it can expand competency components beyond quizzes if supported by a facility’s learning management system.
