March 2018—Binding Site’s Immunologicals Group has added three Bordetella pertussis (VZV) antigens to its offering of products for in vitro diagnostic manufacturing and research applications. The Bordetella pertussis FHA, Bordetella pertussis Toxin PT, and Bordetella pertussis Whole-Cell Antigens have been designed for use as integral components within solid phase enzyme immunoassay test procedures.
The company says its Bordetella pertussis antigens exhibit exceptional purity levels as a result of chromatography techniques and demonstrate exceptional lot-to-lot consistencies while displaying the highest degrees of activity and specificity. The antigens have a shelf-life stability of 10 years from manufacturing date and are offered in a 1.0-mg filled vial with larger, bulk configurations also available.
