November 2016—nzo Life Sciences introduced its new line of in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry reagents for use with Enzo’s Highdef chromogens in ISH and IHC applications.

Polyview Plus HRP (anti-rabbit), Polyview Plus HRP (anti-mouse), and Polyview Plus AP (anti-rabbit) reagents are high-sensitivity, low-background nanopolymer detection reagents. The HRP reagents were developed by directly labeling anti-rabbit/anti-mouse immunoglobulins with a nanopolymer of horseradish peroxidase using Enzo’s proprietary technology, and the AP reagent was developed by directly labeling anti-rabbit immunoglobulins with a nanopolymer of alkaline phosphatase, also using proprietary technology. An antibody blocker/diluent for use with these detection reagents is offered as well.

Saview Plus HRP reagent is a high-sensitivity, low-background streptavidin-based nanopolymer detection reagent, which was developed by labeling streptavidin molecules with a nanopolymer of horseradish peroxidase using proprietary labeling technology. The streptavidin blocker/diluent, a ready-to-use blocking buffer and diluent for use with the Saview Plus detection reagent, is also available.
