Embedder station, 7/16

July 2016—Tanner Scientific’s second-generation embedder station, the TN1550, with a dispensing module and separate cold plate, is now available. Other improvements include an upgraded electrical system, a newly designed dispenser assembly that eliminates dripping and improves paraffin flow, and upgraded heating pads and thermal fuses. Users can program the exact time the embedding center switches on, so there is no need to wait for paraffin to melt; it’s ready when technicians arrive and turns itself off at the end of the day.
